Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities
- Greeting customers and assisting them with appointments or walk-in inquiries
- Managing the reception area, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and handling payments
- Providing customer service by addressing client questions or concerns and ensuring their satisfaction with the services provided.
- Keeping precise records of client preferences, appointments, and contact details
- Maintaining inventory levels and placing orders for supplies as needed
- Distributing flyers and other marketing materials both within the store and outside
- Assisting barbers with various tasks, like setting up tools and supplies

Requirements

- Previous experience as an assistant in a professional or commercial setting
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and follow instructions
- Ability to multitask well, pay close attention to detail, and maintain composure
