We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Shift In-Charge – Production / Copper Plant to oversee production operations, lead shift teams, and ensure safe, efficient, and consistent plant performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving production targets, maintaining quality standards, minimizing downtime etc

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all production activities during the assigned shift.
- Ensure smooth and efficient operation of the copper production plant.
- Monitor production output, process parameters, equipment performance, and product quality.
- Ensure daily and shift-wise production targets are achieved.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate production operators and shift personnel.
- Identify and resolve production issues, process deviations, and operational bottlenecks.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to address equipment breakdowns and reduce downtime.
Requirements:
- B.E. / B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience in production or plant operations.
- Experience working in a copper, metal processing, manufacturing, or heavy industrial plant is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of production processes and plant equipment.
- Proven ability to supervise and manage shift-based production teams.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and decision-making abilities.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet demanding production targets.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
