Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Manager at our Ikeja location. The Service Manager will oversee day-to-day garage operations, manage service technicians, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain productivity standards. Responsibilities include coordinating diagnostics, repairs, and service schedules, maintaining equipment and inventory, and fostering a safe and efficient work environment. The Service Manager will also act as a liaison between the team and customers, ensuring clear communication and timely updates regarding vehicle services.

Qualifications

• Experience in vehicle diagnostics, programming, and mechanical repairs
• Proficiency in managing team operations and service schedules
• Knowledge of engine and gear tuning, AC servicing, body upgrades, and assessment practices
• Strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and maintain high-performance standards under pressure
• Familiarity with inventory management and maintenance of automotive tools and equipment
• Prior experience in an automotive or repair service management role preferred
• Technical certifications or equivalent automotive training is a plus
