Job Summary

We are seeking to recruit for the position of Service Coordinator. The Coordinator will play a vital role in guiding and overseeing the team to ensure the efficient execution of projects and operations in the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing and maintaining efficiency in all aspects of leather care operations.

  • Minimum Qualification: Degree
  • Experience Level: Mid level
  • Experience Length: 3 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. 

  • Collaborate with the team to address client inquiries and concerns related to the leather care products.

  • Manage the inventory of products before, during and after leather care.

  • Communicate with clients and maintain an open line of communication with the team and management.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the optimization of workflows within the leather care department.

  • Ensure all leather care projects are carried out efficiently to meet quality standards.

  • Oversee project execution phases by conducting regular inspections to minimize rework and ensure compliance and customer expectations.

  • Assist in developing and managing the administrative budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.

  • Lead and motivate a team of skilled professionals in the leather care department.

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative procedures.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors’ services and customer preferences.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. 
  • Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in a similar setting.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Must be eloquent and be a fashion lover.

  • Excellent knowledge of luxury brands would be an added advantage.

  • Meticulous attention to detail with a focus on quality service delivery.

  • Proactiveness and ability to take initiative when needed.

  • Ability to sell the services of the brand for increased patronage.

  • Problem-solving skills.


Work Days:
Monday - Saturday

  • Work Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Saturday, 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM)


Remuneration: NGN 200,000
