UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the UI/UX design of our digital platforms, focusing on creating intuitive and impactful IT solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive experience across all digital touchpoints.
• Conduct in-depth user research and usability testing to gather insights and identify design opportunities.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications tailored to custom IT solutions.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of design excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, ideally with a focus on complex systems, demonstrated by a compelling portfolio.
• Mastery of design tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) and an understanding of HTML/CSS principles.
• A strong grasp of user-centered design and testing methodologies, subsystems, and usability and accessibility concerns.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with engineering, product, and clinical teams.
• Bachelor's or higher degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field is preferred.
