What You'll Do

We are looking for a Senior UI Engineer / Creative Frontend Developer, a rare hybrid who refuses to choose between design and code. You will bridge the gap between our static designs and our production reality, owning the "fit and finish" of the UX Pilot platform while building creative, high-fidelity assets that drive our growth.

Core Product Experience & Quality

• Elevate the Product UX: Take ownership of the visual quality of the UX Pilot platform. You will refactor and polish existing interfaces to ensure the product feels premium, responsive, and delightful.
• Implement the New Branding: Translate our evolving brand identity directly into the product UI, ensuring a cohesive look and feel across every touchpoint.
• Interaction Design: Design and code micro-interactions, transitions, and animations that standard designers often miss, making the application feel alive.

Design Systems & Engineering

• Own the Design System: Build and maintain a scalable component library (Figma + Code). You will ensure that our design tokens, typography, and UI patterns are consistent and easy for other developers to use.
• Bridge Design & Dev: Act as the translator between the design team and engineering, ensuring that complex design concepts are technically feasible and implemented pixel-perfectly.
• Technical Documentation: Write clear documentation for the components you build, empowering the rest of the team to ship faster.

Creative R&D & Growth

• "Vibe Coding" & Template Creation: Experiment with code as a creative medium. You will build highly visual, interactive templates that serve as the "Wow" factor for our template library.
• Sales Enablement Prototypes: Quickly build high-fidelity, code-based prototypes for Enterprise sales demos to help close major deals.
• Interactive Content: Design and build creative web experiences (landing pages, demos) that sit at the intersection of interactive design and code to inspire our user base.

Required Qualifications

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in a hybrid Design/Engineering role (or as a Frontend Dev with strong design skills / Product Designer who codes).
• A portfolio that demonstrates both high-quality UI design and the live code implementation of those designs.
• Proven experience building and maintaining Design Systems in both Figma and code (React/Tailwind).
• Experience working in a startup/scaleup environment where speed and quality must be balanced.

Skills & Competencies:

• Frontend Mastery: Deep expertise in CSS, Tailwind, and React. You understand layout, typography, and responsiveness at a master level.
• Design Fluency: Expert proficiency in Figma (Auto-layout, variables, prototyping). You speak the language of designers.
• Motion & Interaction: Familiarity with animation libraries (Framer Motion, GSAP, or CSS animations).
• Detail Obsessed: You can spot a 2px alignment error from a mile away and you care about accessibility.

Nice to Have

• Background in building tools for designers or developers.
• Experience creating technical content or tutorials for a developer/designer audience.
