Responsibilities:

Supervise all civil engineering activities on assigned project sites.
Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
Ensure construction works are executed in accordance with approved designs and engineering standards.
Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to achieve project milestones.
Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with specifications.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports.
Monitor material usage and minimize on-site waste.
Identify and resolve technical and construction-related challenges.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements.
Verify measurements and certify completed work for payment.
Coordinate site meetings and provide technical advice to project stakeholders.
Ensure proper documentation of site instructions, variations, and project records.
Mentor and supervise junior engineers and site supervisors.
Liaise with regulatory authorities and consultants where necessary.
