Job summary
Our client, a fast-growing financial services organization, is seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Executive to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth across its lending and financial solutions portfolio.

Responsibilities:
Business Development & Customer Acquisition:
- Identify and engage prospective customers through field activities, referrals, networking, and strategic prospecting initiatives.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to support consistent business growth.
- Promote and recommend suitable financial solutions based on customer needs.
- Drive customer acquisition efforts to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage retention and repeat business.
- Provide an excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling relevant products and services.
- Address customer concerns promptly and escalate issues where necessary.
Sales Execution & Performance Management:
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to conversion.
- Monitor personal sales performance and implement strategies to improve results.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and sales activities.
- Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
Market Intelligence & Partnership Development:
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities within assigned territories.
- Identify strategic partnership opportunities that can support customer acquisition efforts.
- Provide market feedback and customer insights to management.
Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and customer verification procedures.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of sales activities.
- Prepare periodic sales reports and performance updates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in field sales, business development, or customer acquisition.
- Experience within financial services, lending, insurance, fintech, or FMCG sectors is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM tools.
