Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Drive sales and leasing of properties within the company’s portfolio.
Secure new property sales, lease briefs, and facility management mandates.
Manage and grow client relationships, ensuring retention and referrals.
Oversee lease management and transactions on behalf of clients.
Represent the company professionally with strong negotiation and presentation skills.

Requirements:

1st degree in Estate Management or any relevant discipline.
10–14 years real estate sales experience.
Chartered membership of NIESV, ESVARBON, or relevant professional bodies.
Deep understanding of Abuja or PH real estate market.
