Senior Real Estate Agent

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and properties.
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
  
• Provide expert advice on market conditions, pricing, and property values.
  
• Generate leads through networking, prospecting, and marketing efforts.
  
• Negotiate and finalize real estate transactions, ensuring optimal outcomes for clients.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry professionals.
  
• Stay informed about market trends, new developments, and property values.
  
• Prepare and present property listings to potential clients.
  
• Manage and update property listings on various platforms.
  
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals

Requirements:

• This position is open preferably to a male candidate
• Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience as a Real Estate Agent.
• Proven track record of successful real estate transactions.
  
• Strong knowledge of local real estate markets and regulations.
  
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  
• Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Owns a Car: Applicant must possess a personal vehicle for professional use.

Location: Victoria  Island Lagos(Applicants must reside on the Island)
