Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, control, and manage project schedules, budgets, and logistics plans.
  
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of site project managers to ensure alignment with overall project goals.
  
• Provide high-level coordination across departments and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
  
• Supervise contractors and site-based teams, ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety standards.
  
• Identify and manage project risks, implementing effective mitigation strategies.
  
• Provide detailed reports on project progress, risks, and financials to senior leadership.
  
• Ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of highway infrastructure projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  
• Minimum of 10 years’ proven experience in highway/road engineering project management.
  
• Strong expertise in overseeing multiple large-scale infrastructure projects.
  
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and MS Office Suite.
  
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
  
• Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to required standards.
