Senior Product Marketing Manager & Executive Support Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Product Marketing: Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product development, sales, and customer support to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
• Product/Feature Launch and Scaling: Lead the planning and execution of product and feature launches, from ideation to post-launch analysis. Drive adoption and usage of new features through targeted marketing campaigns, user education initiatives, and feedback gathering mechanisms.
• Coach Success: Establish and maintain strong relationships with coaches on the platform. Provide guidance, resources, and support to help coaches maximize their impact and reach their goals. Monitor coach performance metrics and implement strategies to enhance their success and satisfaction.
• Support for CEO: Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and communications management. Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring efficient communication and follow-up on action items.
• Other Duties as Assigned: Flexibility and adaptability to take on additional responsibilities and projects as needed to support the overall objectives of the company.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred.
• Proven track record of at least 5 years in product marketing roles, preferably within the technology or SaaS industry.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in executive support functions, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and confidential correspondence handling.
• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving impact through innovative marketing initiatives.
• Familiarity with coaching industry trends and practices is a plus.
