Senior Performance Media Buyer (Meta & Google Ads)

Nikki Partners is a UK-based patient acquisition and revenue infrastructure company serving aesthetic and dental clinics. We build structured paid acquisition systems designed to generate predictable, qualified consultation bookings. Our model combines paid media strategy, Funnel and landing page systems, tracking infrastructure including Meta Pixel, CAPI and GA4, Medical advertising compliance navigation, and Strict performance accountability. We guarantee results. That means execution must be elite. We are hiring a Senior Performance Media Buyer to take ownership of paid acquisition delivery across UK medical accounts. This is a foundational performance role with leadership growth potential. You will manage between £10,000 and £30,000 in monthly ad spend across UK aesthetic and dental accounts. You will structure campaigns strategically and optimise performance daily.

Responsibilities:
- Structuring cold, retargeting and lookalike campaigns
- Optimising for Cost Per Lead and consultation targets
- Implementing and managing Meta Pixel, CAPI and GA4 tracking
- Navigating Meta and UK medical advertising policies
- Producing structured weekly performance reports
- Documenting processes for scale
- Operating independently and thinking strategically.
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of Meta and/or Google Ads experience
- Has managed significant monthly budgets (proof required)
- Has generated high-ticket consultation leads (medical, cosmetic, dental, legal, real estate or similar)
- Understands funnel mathematics, including CPL, conversion rate, booking rate and revenue logic
- Has handled ad account disapprovals and policy issues calmly
- Thinks in systems, not random testing
- An active Meta Business Manager account in good standing
- No history of permanent ad account bans or policy abuse
- Professional experience managing client-owned Business Managers
- Strong understanding of Meta platform compliance standards
Compensation and Structure:
- NGN 700,000 monthly base salary from Day 1
- Performance bonus per client achieving consultation targets
- Initial 3-month agreement
- Standard 30-day termination clause for both parties
The Opportunity: This role is designed to grow into Head of Performance as the company scales. As we grow, you will:
- Lead junior media buyers
- Build internal SOPs
- Standardise campaign frameworks
- Contribute to strategic performance decisions
- Own paid acquisition performance at the leadership level
- This is a long-term opportunity for someone who wants to build and lead, not just manage ads.

Note: All campaigns will run inside client-owned Business Managers. Strict adherence to platform policies is non-negotiable. Proof of account standing may be requested during the interview process.
