Pinkkees HR-Consulting is recruiting on behalf of a reputable and rapidly expanding mining company in Ebonyi State seeking two exceptional and highly experienced Mining Engineers to join its operations team.
This opportunity is ideal for accomplished mining professionals with extensive hands-on experience in solid minerals mining who are passionate about operational excellence, safety, productivity, and sustainable mining practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of mining operations.
- Supervise drilling, blasting, excavation, and production activities.
- Develop and implement mine plans that maximize productivity and cost efficiency.
- Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards and regulatory requirements.
- Lead, mentor, and coordinate site personnel and contractors.
- Conduct technical site assessments and drive continuous operational improvement.
- Monitor production targets and implement strategies to improve mining performance.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for professionals who possess:
- 5–10 years of proven, hands-on experience in solid minerals mining operations.
- Demonstrable experience working on active mining sites in Nigeria and/or internationally.
- Strong technical expertise in mine planning, drilling, blasting, production, and mine operations.
- Proven leadership experience managing site operations and multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Sound knowledge of mining regulations, environmental compliance, and HSE best practices.
- A Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or a related discipline.
- Relevant professional certifications or memberships will be an added advantage.
