Senior Graphics UI/UX Motion Designer

Responsibilities:

• Research and implement cutting-edge methods and innovations to enhance user experience, working from research to prototyping alongside a UI designer.
• Conduct thorough user testing to validate design usability, maintaining a bias towards action and timely delivery.
• Create clear and effective wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and site maps to articulate design concepts and solutions.
• Present and defend designs to both peers and executive stakeholders at key milestones.
• Utilize customer insights and market testing results to prioritize design optimizations for improved user experience and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with the wider design community to ensure consistency and integration across all platforms.
• Advocate for and contribute to the development of design guidelines, best practices, and standards.

Requirements:

• Experience working on conversion rate optimization within a large enterprise is essential for this role.
• Senior-level experience in designing for consumer brands, demonstrated through a strong portfolio showcasing UX design skills and innovative thinking.
• Proficiency in digital design tools including Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and collaboration platforms like Mural for prototyping and teamwork.
• Experience and enthusiasm for working in a high-performing Agile environment, ensuring efficient collaboration and rapid iteration.
• Solid understanding of sales and marketing concepts, enhancing the ability to create designs that align with business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Design, Multimedia Arts, or related field.
• Demonstrated proficiency in advanced design and animation tools such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Animate, or similar software.
• Extensive experience in UX/UI design with a focus on motion graphics, animation, and interactive design elements.
• Strong portfolio showcasing technical skills in motion graphics, animation, and user interface design.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and usability testing methodologies.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment while meeting technical requirements and deadlines.
