Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of the codebase and technical architecture.
- Design, build, test, and deploy new product features.
- Improve application performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Review code and maintain high engineering standards.
- Lead technical planning and estimate development timelines accurately.
- Ensure features are delivered on schedule.
- Identify and resolve bugs before production releases.
- Improve security, monitoring, logging, and system stability.
- Write and maintain technical documentation.
- Work closely with Product, Design, and Operations to execute product priorities.
- Mentor junior developers when necessary.
Requirements:
- 3/4+ years of professional Full-Stack development experience.
- Strong experience with modern backend frameworks (Node.js/NestJS, Express, Laravel, Django, or similar).
- Strong frontend/mobile experience (Flutter experience is highly preferred).
- Experience with REST APIs and WebSockets.
- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Experience with Redis and caching technologies.
- Experience deploying applications on AWS, GCP, Azure, or DigitalOcean.
- Git and GitHub proficiency.
- Docker experience.
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
Nice to Have:
- Fintech or cryptocurrency experience.
- Payment integrations.
- Blockchain/Web3 knowledge.
- Experience working with high-availability systems.
- Security best practices for financial applications.
