About the Company
Our client is a leading healthcare manufacturing company committed to delivering high-quality medical solutions and improving patient outcomes. As part of their growth strategy, they are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Manager to join their leadership team in Calabar.
Key Responsibilities
*Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
*Oversee financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance
*Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements within the healthcare manufacturing sector
*Manage cash flow, cost control, and financial risks
*Provide strategic financial insights to support executive decision-making
*Supervise, mentor, and develop the finance team
*Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors and regulators
*Drive process improvements and enhance financial efficiency
Requirements
*Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s is an advantage)
*Professional certification (ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) required
*Minimum of 15 years’ finance experience, with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership .
*Mandatory experience in the healthcare manufacturing industry
*Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
*Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills
