Role Description

This is a full-time Senior Construction Project Manager role based on-site in Nigeria. The role involves overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects to ensure they meet client specifications, budgets, and timelines. Responsibilities include coordinating project teams, managing project risks, monitoring budgets, and ensuring compliance with construction standards and regulations. Collaboration with stakeholders, contractors, and designers will be critical to achieve successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Construction Project Management and Construction Management
• Proven ability in Project Coordination and Project Management
• Experience in Budgeting and financial oversight of construction projects
• Knowledge of construction industry standards and best practices
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent are an advantage
• Previous experience managing large-scale projects is highly desirable
