Think. Build. Iterate.

390 Technologies is building operational software and systems for businesses and institutions.

Through 390 Work, we help businesses manage daily operations across sales, inventory, staff, customers, finance, tasks, approvals, records, and other key workflows in one system.

We are hiring a Senior Brand Designer to help shape and execute the visual identity of 390 across social media, ads, campaigns, landing pages, presentations, product marketing materials, and customer-facing assets.

We need someone who can understand a software/business brand, develop a strong visual language, and create clean, structured, high-quality designs that make 390 easier to understand, trust, and remember.

What you’ll work on:

  • Shape and maintain 390’s visual identity across marketing, social media, ads, website assets, decks, and campaigns.
  • Design Instagram carousels, single posts, ad creatives, LinkedIn graphics, campaign visuals, and launch materials.
  • Create product-led visuals that explain 390 Work’s modules, features, use cases, pricing, and business value.
  • Work closely with the Product Marketing Manager to turn content ideas into strong visual assets.
  • Develop reusable templates and visual systems that make 390’s content more consistent and recognizable.
  • Design graphics for landing pages, website sections, banners, emails, and marketing campaigns.
  • Create visual assets for product launches, feature announcements, pricing updates, and customer education.
  • Design sales decks, pitch decks, proposal visuals, demo support materials, and internal presentation assets.
  • Create UI-inspired graphics, simple diagrams, icons, and structured layouts that help people understand the product.
  • Review and improve existing brand materials to make them clearer, more polished, and more aligned with 390’s direction.

Ideal candidate:

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has strong visual design taste and a mature brand eye.
  • Can create clean, modern, structured, and recognizable visual systems.
  • Understands typography, spacing, hierarchy, alignment, composition, and brand consistency.
  • Can design for social media, ads, websites, presentations, and product marketing.
  • Can take a written idea and turn it into a clear visual concept.
  • Can work with a product/software brand without making the work look generic or overly promotional.
  • Can think beyond aesthetics and understand what the design is meant to communicate.
  • Is comfortable receiving feedback and improving designs quickly.
  • Can work with speed without sacrificing quality.
  • Is organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.

Required:

  • Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or equivalent design tools.
  • Experience creating brand assets, campaign visuals, social media designs, carousels, ads, and marketing materials.
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to create polished, consistent designs across multiple formats.
  • Ability to work with brand guidelines and develop reusable design templates.
  • Good attention to detail.

Nice to have:

  • Experience designing for SaaS, tech, fintech, B2B, or business brands.
  • Experience building or improving brand systems.
  • Experience creating product-led visuals or UI-inspired graphics.
  • Experience designing pitch decks, sales decks, or investor decks.
  • Basic motion design skills for simple reels, animated posts, or video assets.
  • Experience designing landing page graphics or website assets.
  • Familiarity with Figma design systems and component-based design.

Success?:

  • 390’s visual identity becomes more consistent, polished, and recognizable.
  • Product-led content becomes easier to understand visually.
  • Campaigns, ads, and launch visuals feel sharper and more professional.
  • 390 develops a stronger visual presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, ads, website, and sales materials.
  • Business owners can quickly understand what 390 does through clear visual communication.

Assessment:

Shortlisted candidates will complete a practical design task based on a real 390 Work marketing scenario.

  • The task will test visual clarity, typography, layout, brand maturity, attention to detail, and the ability to visually communicate a software product.

Salary:

₦600,000/m Net.
