Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Site Security Leadership: Proactively implement and oversee site-wide security and emergency preparedness plans to ensure all protocols meet company standards.
- Access & Compliance Management: Execute contractor screening processes and manage the issuance of site access passes, ensuring that only authorized personnel enter sensitive operational zones.
- Operational Continuity: Provide on-site security coordination throughout Turnaround execution phases to maintain safety and uphold project timelines.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience within the security management field.
- 3–5 years of mid-level experience operating within industrial, project, or Oil & Gas environments, with demonstrated exposure to Turnaround operations.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, supported by strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
