Job summary
We are seeking an organized and efficient Secretary to provide administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will manage correspondence, maintain records, and assist in coordinating daily activities.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize office files, records, and documents
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, phone calls)
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
- Maintain filing systems (physical and digital)
- Assist in coordinating office activities and communication
- Receive visitors and direct inquiries appropriately
- Order and manage office supplies
- Support administrative tasks for management and staff
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
Requirements:
- OND / HND / Bachelor’s degree in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- High level of professionalism and discretion
