Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Mobilise savings and new customers for MiCash.
- Manage daily contributions and customer deposit records.
- Promote MiCash products, including savings plans and loan services.
- Follow up with customers to ensure repayment of loans.
- Maintain accurate reports and submit daily activity updates.
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.
Requirements:
- Minimum SSCE, OND, NCE, HND, or BSc in any discipline.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet targets and work with minimal supervision.
- Experience in marketing, savings mobilisation, or microfinance is an added advantage.
- Must be based in Owerri or able to resume immediately.
