Sales Supervisor
Job summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Supervisor with experience in BNPL mobile phone sales. The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for leading and managing field sales agents, driving sales performance, ensuring effective customer acquisition, onboard new retail partners across Ibadan and maintaining compliance with BNPL policies.

Responsibility:
- Manage and coach a team of BNPL field agents
- Maintain strong relationships with partnered phone stores
- Explore and onboard new retail partners across Ibadan
- Monitor team performance and ensure target delivery
- Assist in dispute resolution and customer satisfaction
Requirement:
- Bachelors’ degree in any relevant field
- Minimum of 1- 2 years’ experience in BNPL mobile phone financing and supervisory role
- Strong leadership, coaching and team management skill
- Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target driven environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft office tools and sales reporting
