Sales Supervisor
Job summary
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Supervisor (Tissue & Home care Products) to drive sales growth, manage distributors, supervise field sales activities, and ensure product visibility across assigned territories while supporting market expansion and customer retention initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
- Identify, onboard, and manage distributors and key partners
- Drive customer acquisition and retention across assigned territories
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, and provide actionable insights.
- Ensure consistent market visits, field execution, and reporting.
- Manage and support field sales teams where applicable.
- Track performance against KPIs and implement corrective actions where necessary.
- Ensure product availability, pricing compliance, and visibility across assigned territories.
- Review stock levels and demand forecasts, and support distributors with stock planning
- Handle escalations from key retailers and trade partners.
- Oversee trade activations, marketing campaigns, and product launches in the field.
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales performance reports and recommend strategic actions.
Requirements:
- OND/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in FMCG sales or a related industry with at least 1–2 years in field supervision.
- Proven experience in distribution and market expansion
- Good knowledge of Ogun State markets
- Strong network of distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
