Job Summary
We’re seeking a results-driven Sales Representative with excellent marketing and interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.

Responsibilities

• Close sales with customers using various marketing techniques.
• Engage potential customers through multiple channels, including WhatsApp, phone calls, and emails.
• Establish rapport, actively listen, and understand customers' needs and preferences.
• Understand our product distribution network and Inventory management systems.
• Develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• Achieve set sales targets and outcomes within scheduled timeframes.
• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
• Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and generate status reports.
• Provide management with reports on customer needs, issues, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Stay updated on best practices and promotional trends.
• Continuously improve through feedback.
  

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Sales Representative.
• Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
• Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to audience needs.
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
• Location:** Karu, Abuja.
  

Compensation
N50,000 - N100,000 Plus Attractive Incentives/Bonuses commensurate with Performance, skills, qualifications, and experience.
