Job Summary
We’re seeking a results-driven Sales Representative with excellent marketing and interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.
- Minimum Qualification:** OND
- Experience Level:** Entry level
- Job Type:** Full-time
Responsibilities
- Close sales with customers using various marketing techniques.
- Engage potential customers through multiple channels, including WhatsApp, phone calls, and emails.
- Establish rapport, actively listen, and understand customers' needs and preferences.
- Understand our product distribution network and Inventory management systems.
- Develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Achieve set sales targets and outcomes within scheduled timeframes.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and generate status reports.
- Provide management with reports on customer needs, issues, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Stay updated on best practices and promotional trends.
- Continuously improve through feedback.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative.
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to audience needs.
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
- Location:** Karu, Abuja.
Compensation
N50,000 - N100,000 Plus Attractive Incentives/Bonuses commensurate with Performance, skills, qualifications, and experience.
