Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Sales: Identifying potential customers, closing deals, and driving sales growth to achieve specific targets.
  • Marketing Strategy Development: Planning and executing marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility.
  • Digital Marketing Management: Managing social media platforms, website updates, search engine marketing (SEO/PPC), and email campaigns.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Researching audience demographics, analyzing competitor activity, and reviewing campaign performance to improve results.
  • Content Creation: Producing creative copy, graphics, or multimedia content for promotions. 

Requirements:
  • Independent Work Ethic: Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to manage their own time efficiently.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication for creating content and negotiating with clients.
  • Digital Proficiency: Familiarity with digital tools, CRM systems, and online advertising analytics.
  • Sales Skills: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to turn prospects into customers.
  • Experience in marketing, sales, or business development.
  • Relevant degree in marketing, communications, or business, though experience often outweighs education in independent roles.
