Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Representative based in Ibadan. The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling skincare and perfume products to customers, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining relationships with clients. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with customers, ensuring product displays are presentable, and staying updated on product knowledge to assist customers effectively. Additionally, the role will require processing transactions and maintaining an organized retail environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Retail Sales, Customer Engagement, and Client Relationship Management
• Knowledge of Skincare and Perfume products and the ability to communicate their benefits effectively to customers
• Strong Communication, Interpersonal Skills, and ability to provide excellent Customer Service
• Sales Goal Orientation and ability to meet or exceed targets
• Organizational and Time Management skills to handle multiple customers and tasks efficiently
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new product knowledge
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or retail management are a plus
• Previous experience in the beauty or retail industry is an advantage
