Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Onboard and manage retail outlets, supermarkets, open-market traders, pharmacies, and wellness stores.
- Execute aggressive field sales, meeting daily and weekly volume and outlet-penetration targets.
- Conduct live product sampling/tasting activations at high-traffic hubs (markets, plazas, events) to break consumer resistance.
- Educate traders and consumers clearly on the health benefits of the tea blend (immune support, wellness).
- Monitor competitor pricing, track stock levels at retail points, and ensure timely reorders.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of OND
- 1 year of previous experience in a similar role
