Job Summary

As a Sales Representative at Mondial Agro you will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our customer base within the industry. You will be responsible for prospecting, nurturing leads, and closing deals with construction companies, contractors, hardware stores, and other potential clients.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and research potential customers within the tools supply industry, including construction firms, contractors, and hardware retailers. Utilize various methods such as cold calling, networking, and referrals to generate leads.
  • Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the feature benefits, and applications of our tools and equipment. Effectively communicate how our products can meet the need and requirements of potential customers.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. Act as a trusted advisor by understanding their needs, providing expert product recommendations and offering solutions to address their challenges.
  • Sales Negotiation and Closing: Engage in negotiations with customers to secure favorable pricing, terms, and agreements. Close sales deals and ensure timely processing of orders to meet customer requirements and delivery deadlines.
  • Market Analysis and Feedback: Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Provide valuable insights and feedback to the management team to support strategic decision-making and product development efforts.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Work towards achieving and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the company. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to drive revenue growth and market penetration.


Requirements:

  • OND/HND/Degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record of successful sales experience in the tools supply industry or related field.
  • Strong understanding of tools and equipment used in construction, manufacturing, or industrial settings.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
