Job Summary

The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business through physical and telephone sales efforts, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct physical and telephone sales activities to acquire new clients and meet sales targets
  • Identify and prospect potential customers, develop sales pitches, and present product offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to maximize sales opportunities
  • Provide product information, pricing, and quotes to customers, addressing any inquiries or concerns
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively managing sales and closing deals
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance metrics.
  • Participate in sales training programs and continuously develop product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Ensuring timely follow-ups, and resolving customer issues.


Requirements:

  • Candidates should posses a Bachelors degree in any relevant field.
  • 1 - 2 years of Experience in sales with proven success especially in the Real Estate Industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets
  • Excellent sales and customer service orientation.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Results-driven attitude with a focus on exceeding sales goals.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales strategies and product offerings.
