Responsibilities:
- Conduct physical and telephone sales activities to acquire new clients and meet sales targets
- Identify and prospect potential customers, develop sales pitches, and present product offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to maximize sales opportunities
- Provide product information, pricing, and quotes to customers, addressing any inquiries or concerns
- Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively managing sales and closing deals
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance metrics.
- Participate in sales training programs and continuously develop product knowledge and sales skills.
- Ensuring timely follow-ups, and resolving customer issues.
Requirements:
- Candidates should posses a Bachelors degree in any relevant field.
- 1 - 2 years of Experience in sales with proven success especially in the Real Estate Industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets
- Excellent sales and customer service orientation.
- Knowledge of sales techniques, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office tools.
- Results-driven attitude with a focus on exceeding sales goals.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales strategies and product offerings.Â
