Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify new leads through methods like cold calling or referrals and maintain updated client contact lists.
- Present products or services, highlight benefits, answer client questions, and provide quotes and negotiations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Prepare and submit sales contracts, process orders, and handle customer complaints and returns.
Requirements:
- Age: 25 to 45 years.
- Residence: Ado-Ekiti or willing to relocate.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience as a Sales Representative.
- Very proficient in MS Excel.
- Must be fluent in speaking Igbo.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
