Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Attend to walk-in customers and assist with product selection.
- Receive and process customer orders.
- Respond to WhatsApp and social media enquiries.
- Manage backorders and follow up on pending orders.
- Keep records of daily sales and orders.
- Monitor stock availability.
- Assist with packaging and delivery arrangements.
- Maintain a clean and organised store.
Requirements:
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Basic computer and social media knowledge.
- Previous sales experience is an advantage.
- Honesty, punctuality and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
