Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and attend to customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Explain product features and recommend suitable options to customers
- Achieve monthly sales targets and report progress to management
- Maintain a clean and well-organized sales floor
- Handle customer complaints or queries efficiently
- Update inventory records and sales documentation
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 1–3 years of experience in sales or customer service (preferably in an electronics or retail store)
- Must be vibrant, persuasive, and customer-focused
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- Good knowledge of electronics and gadgets (added advantage)
