Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
  • Identify Leads: Research and target potential clients through networking, cold calling, or following up on marketing leads.
  • Qualify Prospects: Assess potential customers to determine their needs, budget, and purchasing intent.


Pitching and Presenting:

  • Demonstrate Value: Explain the features and benefits of products/services to prospective buyers.
  • Perform Analysis: Conduct cost-benefit analyses to show clients exactly how the purchase will benefit them financially or operationally.


Negotiating and Closing:

  • Address Objections: Answer customer questions and resolve any doubts or concerns.
  • Close Deals: Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and contracts to finalize the sale and meet revenue targets.


Account Management and Customer Retention:

  • Build Relationships: Foster long-term trust by providing ongoing support and excellent customer service.
  • Upsell and Cross-sell: Identify opportunities to upgrade existing clients or introduce them to complementary products.


Market Research and Administration:

  • Track Sales: Maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions, and pipeline data using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
  • Monitor Competitors: Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings to better position the company's products.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience
  • Minimum of a BSc.
