Naijazone Online Shopping Mall Ltd. operates as an e-commerce platform dedicated exclusively to promoting Nigerian-made goods and services. Crucially, we do not buy or sell products ourselves. Our core objective is to populate the platform by actively seeking and verifying local producers and vendors of such goods and services, ensuring buyers have a rich selection of options.
1. Role and Responsibilities
As the Independent Sales Representative for your assigned state, your role is comprehensive and focused on growth and oversight. Your key responsibilities include:
- Agent Oversight: Direct supervision, training (Virtual or physical depending on your convenience and discretion), and coordination of Sales Agents within your state. This also includes the confirmation and distribution of agent payouts.
- Strategic Partnerships: Securing and executing partnership proposals with large-scale producers and mega companies that fall within our target category of Nigerian-made goods and services.
- Community/Collaboration: You will effect vertical (Rep to Agents) collaboration with all agents under your dispensation as well as horizontal (Rep to Rep) collaboration with other Sales Representatives in order to optimize function and effectiveness through resource sharing and idea exchange. This will be done via communities set up by HQ
- Resource Usage/Management: Upon provision of digital materials such as training videos/presentations and documents, distribution and implementation of such falls squarely to you.
- User Feedback Integration: Systematic collection of user feedback from vendors and agents using forms provided by HQ, ensuring critical insights are reported to HQ for platform integration and improvement.
2. Status and Compensation Structure
Your position is that of an Independent Operator, and as such, you are not an employee of Naijazone. NO FIXED SALARY is provided. Your remuneration is structured as follows:
- Expense Stipend: You will receive a flexible, task-based stipend intended to cover your direct operating expenses incurred in the execution of your duties within the state. These expenses should be budgeted, submitted to and approved before undertaking and are limited to:
- PHYSICAL MEETINGS with prospective brands/partners.
- PRINTING MARKETING MATERIALS such as Flyers and Brochures.
- Commission Split: Your primary earning potential is commission-based. Sales Agents onboard and verify producers/vendors, earning a commission of 1-2% of every sale made by their respective vendors. You (Sales Rep) will earn exactly half (50%) of the commission generated by each agent under your supervision per vendor sale.
