Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, and other messaging platforms.
- Confirm and verify customer orders with accuracy and professionalism.
- Provide detailed product information and assist customers in making purchase decisions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction after delivery.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Record customer interactions and feedback, and report recurring issues to management.
- Support sales efforts by upselling or cross-selling related products when appropriate.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (clear speaking voice and confidence).
- Professional appearance, polite attitude, and customer-first mindset.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, call centre, eCommerce, retail, or sales.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Familiarity with WhatsApp, social media, and online order platforms.
- Ability to work under pressure, handle objections, and close sales.
- Must own a browsing phone with WhatsApp.
- Minimum of HND. An educational background in a science or health-related course is an added advantage.
- Age Range:18–26 years
- Gender: Female preferred
- Preference will be given to applicants who reside in these areas: Monatan, Iwo Road, Gbagi, Molade, Academy, Dizengoff, Wofun, Olodo, or Iyana-Church.
