Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential customers to promote the company's products and services.
- Attend to customer enquiries and provide accurate product information.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Present and demonstrate products to customers, highlighting their features and benefits.
- Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs and preferences.
- Negotiate prices and close sales in accordance with company policies.
- Process customer orders and ensure accurate documentation of sales transactions.
- Follow up with potential customers to convert enquiries into sales.
- Maintain proper records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
- Monitor product availability and report stock shortages to management.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good customer service skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers.
- Neat, well-presented, confident, and courteous.
- Honest, attentive to detail, and responsible.
Location: Akute, Ogun State
Remuneration: NGN 100,000 monthly
