Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Analyze sales order data to discern trends, patterns, and anomalies, facilitating informed decision-making.
- Input sales orders accurately and efficiently into the database, maintaining data integrity.
- Liaise with the production team to monitor sales order processes for efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure customer orders are intact and delivered on time.
- Collaborate with sales, finance, and operations teams to resolve order-related issues.
- Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure on-time delivery.
- Drive process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for optimization and implementing solutions.
Requirements:
- Minimum of HND in related fields.
- Recently completed the NYSC program.
- Proficient in advanced Excel and Microsoft Office Suites.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a knack for data interpretation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, essential for effective collaboration.
- Detail-oriented with a keen ability to identify errors and discrepancies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of cross-functional teams.
- Quick adaptability to new tools and technologies.
- Discretion in handling confidential information.
