Responsibilities:
- Administer and optimize the CRM platform, designing complex workflows, sales stages, and custom dashboards to ensure full pipeline visibility and accurate lead management.
- Translate raw sales data into actionable business intelligence using advanced Excel or Google Sheets modeling to inform leadership strategy and resource allocation.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales enablement materials and training programs that standardize processes and drive adoption of best practices across the commercial team.
- Manage end-to-end sales forecasting and conversion tracking, ensuring data integrity across the sales lifecycle from lead generation to customer acquisition.
- Orchestrate cross-departmental collaboration with treasury, compliance, and account management to streamline account handovers and maintain operational consistency.
- Enforce operating standards and monitor pipeline discipline to ensure high-quality lead conversion and alignment with corporate revenue objectives.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of direct experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or sales enablement roles, with a proven track record of driving process efficiency.
- Expert-level proficiency in CRM administration, including technical management of sales pipelines, reporting, and automated workflow design.
- Advanced analytical capabilities with documented experience using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets to develop complex models and business insights.
- Demonstrated experience collaborating across multiple functions—such as compliance, finance, or operations—to improve business outcomes, ideally within the fintech or B2B payments sector.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a hybrid work environment while handling occasional travel as business needs dictate.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the authority to influence stakeholders and enforce operational protocols across commercial teams.
