Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Marketing Officer, located in Ibadan with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Marketing Officer will manage marketing campaigns, conduct market research, and identify potential sales opportunities to drive business growth. Additionally, the role involves engaging with clients and customers to promote services, implementing social media marketing strategies, and providing consistent, professional communication to represent the company’s mission and values effectively.
Qualification
- Marketing and Social Media Marketing expertise to drive campaigns and enhance brand presence
- Market Research skills to analyze data and identify growth opportunities.
- Sales skills to build relationships, generate leads, and achieve revenue target
- Strong Communication skills to effectively engage internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in digital tools and platforms related to marketing and sales
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing office and remote responsibilities
- Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Marketing, Business, Agriculture or related field
- Experience in the agricultural industry is an added advantage
