Sales & Marketing Executive
Job summary
This role exists to improve our sales and marketing function and drive sustainable revenue growth within our FMCG operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts and distribution channels, and leading a high-performing sales team to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans aligned with overall business objectives.
- Lead, manage, and coach the sales team to achieve agreed revenue, volume, and market share targets.
- Manage distributor, wholesaler, and key account relationships to ensure optimal market coverage and product availability.
- Identify and develop new markets, channels, and business opportunities to support business growth.
- Prepare and present periodic sales performance reports, forecasts, and market insights to executive management.
- Collaborate with Production, Procurement, and Finance teams to align sales forecasts with supply and inventory plans.
- Oversee pricing, trade terms, promotions, and route-to-market execution in line with company policies.
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
- Ensure compliance with internal sales policies, processes, and reporting standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in FMCG sales.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales and market expansion targets.
- Strong leadership, performance management, and team development capabilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, including sales forecasting and performance analysis.
- Ability to operate effectively in a structured, performance-driven FMCG environment.
