Sales Manager
Job summary
We are hiring a Sales Manager to manage direct sales across multiple branches. Responsibilities include closing deals and facilitating communication with customers. Candidates should be confident, goal-oriented, and willing to travel to our offices in Lagos, Abuja, Onitsha, and Kano.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and attract new ones.
- Report sales activity and progress to the company leadership.
- Travel regularly to branches for field marketing & client engagement.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. or HND in Marketing, Business, or any relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales or business development.
- Experience in solar or tech product sales is a strong advantage.
- Must be open to working on the move and under pressure.
- Familiarity with solar products or energy solutions is a plus.
- Must have a professional and friendly attitude.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Confidence in closing deals and working independently.
- Customer-focused and persuasive.
- Willingness to travel across branches frequently.
- Target-driven with a strong sense of accountability.
Remuneration: NGN 100,000 - 200,000
