Sako Solar Power is recruiting to fill the position of Solar Sales Manager/ Sales Representative. The position is located in Festac Amuwo Odofin (Lagos), Kano and also Port Harcourt. Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 3- 5 years proven experience in sales, preferably in solar renewable energy, or a related industry

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the management and training of the sales team, improving the overall sales ability of the team.
- Will be responsible for striking business/sales deals with potential dealers of solar inverters and also liaise with companies for business deals.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships, understand customer needs, provide satisfactory service, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Supervise the execution of the sales plan, ensure the completion of sales tasks, and be responsible for sales performance.
- Market analysis and promotion: conduct market analysis and competitive situation research, develop marketing strategies, and enhance brand awareness and market share.
- Responsible for sales contract signing, implementation, and follow-up, to ensure the implementation of the contract.
- Sales data report: collect and organise sales data regularly, report sales status to superiors, and make improvement suggestions.
- Identify customers, distributors, and companies, and facilitate transactions.
- Coordinate with other departments: work closely with other departments of the company to ensure the smooth progress of sales
