Responsibilities:
- Drive sales across residential and commercial properties
- Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients, investors, and corporate partners
- Lead end-to-end sales processes, from lead generation to contract closure and onboarding
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams for seamless transactions
- Represent Boeing at industry events and property exhibitions
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury real estate sales or business development
- Proven track record with high-value deals and HNWI clients
- Strong negotiation, leadership, and market research skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, operations, finance).
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital marketing analytics.
- Deep knowledge of the Nigerian real estate market
