Sales Manager
Job summary
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth for ROADMECH through service sales, spare parts sales, corporate accounts, and customer retention. This role leads sales activities, manages customer relationships, develops new business opportunities, and ensures consistent achievement of sales targets.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow workshop services and parts sales.
- Identify and secure new customers, fleet accounts, and corporate partnerships.
- Expand revenue from existing customers through upselling and repeat business.
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with walk-in, corporate, and fleet clients.
- Handle customer inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and service follow-ups.
- Resolve customer complaints related to pricing, billing, or service delivery.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Prepare quotations and ensure proper job authorization before work begins.
- Work closely with workshop supervisors to align sales promises with operational capacity.
- Coordinate with accounts and inventory teams to ensure accurate billing and parts availability.
- Track sales activities and maintain customer records.
- Set sales targets and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
- Prepare regular sales reports for management review.
- Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Recommend promotional campaigns and pricing strategies.
- Supervise sales officers or front-desk staff where applicable.
- Train team members on service offerings, pricing, and customer engagement.
