Job summary
A leading FMCG company seeks results-driven Sales Managers to grow its Tissue & Hygiene Division in Abeokuta and Ibadan. The role involves expanding distribution networks, managing key accounts, and driving revenue while ensuring strong market execution, product visibility, and customer engagement.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets
- Identify, onboard, and manage distributors and key partners
- Drive customer acquisition and retention across assigned territories
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide actionable insights
- Ensure consistent market visits, field execution, and reporting
- Manage and support field sales teams where applicable
- Track performance against KPIs and implement corrective actions where necessary
- Ensure product availability, pricing compliance, and visibility across assigned territories.
- Review stock levels, demand forecast, and support distributors with stock planning
- Handle escalations from key retailers and trade partners.
- Oversee trade activations, marketing campaigns, and product launches in the field.
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales performance reports and recommend strategic actions.
Requirements:
- HND/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 3–5 years experience in FMCG sales or related industry with at least 1–2 years in field supervision.
- Proven experience in distribution and market expansion
- Ability to manage multiple territories
- Good knowledge of the Abeokuta and Ibadan markets
- Strong network of distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and territory planning abilities.
- Ability to travel frequently across multiple markets.
- Must be highly strategic, field-oriented, and results-driven.
