Job summary
This position is based in Ijebu-Ode, Ogun State. Applicants must be willing to live and work in Ijebu-Ode. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth across all RoadMech business units, including tyres, batteries, lubricants, accessories, vehicle servicing, repairs, detailing, and fleet services.

Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Coaching:
- Hiring top talent, training new staff, and guiding their career journeys within the company.
- Providing regular feedback, reviewing key performance indicators (KPIs), and teaching reps how to improve their pitching and closing techniques.
- Clearing administrative or process hurdles so their team can focus purely on selling.
Strategy & Planning:
- Allocating specific geographic or account-based territories to reps and assigning clear, actionable revenue targets.
- Analyzing sales data to predict future revenue and ensuring strategies align with broader company goals.
- Keeping a close eye on competitor products, pricing strategies, and shifting market dynamics.
Execution & Operations:
- Stepping in to help representatives negotiate and close high-value accounts or resolve escalated customer complaints.
- Streamlining the sales cycle by improving CRM usage, automating routine reports, and managing the technological infrastructure.
- Working closely with the marketing and product development departments to refine outreach messaging and execute product launches.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Strong commercial and business acumen.
- Ability to identify opportunities and convert prospects into customers.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools.
- Must be willing to reside and work in Ijebu-Ode.
