Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Market research and analysis: Understand market dynamics and competitors, and formulate effective sales strategies. Collect and analyze market data to determine the needs and preferences of target customers. Formulate targeted sales plans and cooperate with other departments to meet customer needs.
  • Team management: need to recruit, train, guide and evaluate team members to ensure that they can achieve sales goals. Establish a good team culture, encourage teamwork and innovative thinking. Formulate an incentive plan to stimulate the enthusiasm and creativity of team members.
  • Customer relationship management: maintain good communication with customers to understand their needs and expectations. Establish long -term stable customer relationships to promote sales growth.
  • Product pricing and promotional strategies: Formulate product pricing strategies and promotion activities to ensure sales performance. Understand the cost of the product and market demand to determine a reasonable price strategy. Formulate promotional activities to attract potential customers and increase brand awareness.
  • Accounts receivable and receipt management: Monitor the receivables and receivables to ensure the company's funding security. Work closely with the financial department to ensure that customers pay timely in time. In addition, monitoring overdue receivables and taking necessary measures to collect arrears.
  • Report work: regularly report sales performance and team conditions to superiority, and put forward suggestions for improvement. Provide detailed data and analysis results to superiors to help management make better decisions.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above, sales, marketing and other related majors
  • Sales and management work experience for more than three years.
  • Familiar with the sales channels of electronic products are preferred
  • Have strong communication ability and resilience
  • Careful, serious and responsible at work, good teamwork awareness
