Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the healthcare sector.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and other healthcare institutions.
- Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to boost market penetration.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to uncover new opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate and successfully close sales deals
- Consistently achieve and surpass sales targets.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and regular reporting.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to drive lead generation and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of the Nigerian healthcare landscape.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Expertise in building and maintaining client relationships.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Preferred:
- Experience in the health-tech industry.
- Established network of healthcare providers.
- Residing in Ikeja, Lagos Mainland.
