Job summary
PREMIUM HR SOLUTIONS LIMITED is seeking to hire Sales Executives for a leading Financial Institution in Idanre, Ondo State, Nigeria. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, promoting financial products and services, and achieving sales targets through active market engagement and relationship management.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and onboarding of financial products and services.
- Identify and acquire new customers within assigned locations.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales and performance targets.
- Conduct field visits and market activations to generate leads.
- Educate customers on digital banking and financial solutions.
- Ensure proper customer onboarding and KYC compliance.
- Prepare and submit daily sales and activity reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a B.Sc degree with at least Second Class Lower (2:2).
- The maximum age limit is 28 years.
- Proven sales experience is required.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Must reside within Idanre, Ondo State.
- Previous financial services sales experience is an added advantage.
